The role

The Work-based Learning officer is responsible for delivering the University strategy for ensuring that all students can enhance their employment opportunities.

They will work closely with the Work-based Learning manager and a team of Work Placement and Work Based Learning officers to enhance links with industry partners and external organizations to ensure that Ravensbourne continues to play a key role in diversifying the future workforce.

The post holder will be responsible for effective delivery of experiences designed to build graduate enterprise and employability.

They will be responsible for designing innovative learning strategies and will play a key role in creating and developing digital learning materials and educational resources.

They will also work proactively to support a culture of inclusion, professionalism and collaboration, enable delivery of Ravensbourne's strategic priorities and advance the organizations' equality diversity and inclusion ambitions.
