The Role
As a CNC Machinist, your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce components to precise specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and make adjustments as necessary.
- Proactive maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
- Inspect finished components to verify conformance to specifications.
- Work in a safe and organized manner, following all safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist with expertise in CNC programming and setup.
- Experience of operating machines, programmes, lathes.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality components.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Salary:
£23,722.22-£35,577.26 per year
