Junior SEO Executive

The Lounge team is growing We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team, hit the ground running and join us on this exciting journey.

As a growing brand we need to out-innovate our competition.

Within your role as a Junior SEO Executive, you will be expected to stay on top of industry trends and Google updates, ensuring we are always looking for creative and innovative ways to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the latest advancements in Google's guidelines.

We are on a journey to marketing excellence, combining data-driven decisions, a fantastic brand, autonomous teams and a passion for all things digital to take us to the next phase of our mission to empower women worldwide.

As our team grows you will have the chance to grow too We would like you to contribute and influence our brands growth through the marketing function whilst seeking to make a positive difference to our Lounge Community.

What you will do at Lounge:

Complete keyword research across all territories.
Stay on top of industry trends by completing regular trend analysis and competitor research.
Identify new areas of opportunity to support content growth across all territories.
Execute regional SEO strategies alongside the wider SEO team.
Support the wider SEO team to ensure SEO best practice is being met at Lounge.
Work alongside the wider SEO team to support the organic growth of the blog.
Build strong and lasting relationships with the Digital Marketing, Engineering and wider Lounge teams.
