Purpose of the role:
To work within a team servicing one or multiple customers, using our specialist knowledge and insight to ensure that we meet or exceed customer experience, expectations, service level agreements, and maximise potential revenue.

Hotel & Rail Consultant
What you'll be doing:
- Understand and correctly record customer policies, bookings and profiles in all relevant company systems
- To process bookings, amendments and cancellations within service level agreement (SLA) through multiple contact channels
- To communicate in a professional manner at all times both internally and externally
- Proactively develop industry product knowledge, sharing information with colleagues, including attending recommended training sessions, courses and educational familiarisation trips
- To demonstrate an ability to confidently deliver and promote the best products by identifying customer needs and converting opportunities to maximise value to them and Agiito
- Ensure completion of annual online mandatory training on data protection, information security and financial crime. Develop understanding of cyber risk and threat by reading and engaging in communications and awareness training from the business
What we're looking for:
- Computer literacy required, preferably with Microsoft Office experience enabling basic data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach
- Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
- A sound geographical knowledge
- Experience of working in the Agency, Hotel, Travel and or Events industry
