  • Local role based in Southampton

About Our Client:

Our client is based in Southampton with onsite parking and highly accessible public transport access. Having gone through some exciting changes and a company restructure, they need more support.

As the Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Daily invoice processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • Remittances
  • Preparing the payment runs
  • Processing the payment runs
  • Other adhoc duties as and when requested

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you will:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to work using your own initiative
  • Be able to work as part of a small team
  • Be good with Excel and other systems
  • Be able to multitask
