  • Being accountable for annual sales targets within an assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Engage with new business clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Build relationships with consultants and internal colleagues / departments to plan, manage and deliver high quality tender responses / proposals.
  • Manage the full sales process for small to large bids (circa £50,000 £2m)
  • Sales and operational knowledge, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience and / or Educated in a sales arena through understanding client buying behaviours and building client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including the senior leadership team.
  • Proven ability to follow the sales process from plan to close whilst articulating the distinct aspects of products and services whilst negotiating through the process
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
