Brynmawr Foundation School is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work alongside our staff and pupils. We currently have 80+ staff and around 650 pupils.

LINE MANAGER:
Site Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the changeover of sessions including setting up and taking down of the appropriate equipment in all areas of the Performance and Sports building, 3G pitch, Gyms and grass

- pitches.

• Assist in the maintenance of the 3G pitch
• Deal with a wide range of individuals and organisations who use the 3G, gyms and grass pitches.
• Assist in the maintenance of the whole site.
• Ensure that the use of the facilities by the members of the public comply with health and safety regulations and college policy
• Open up and lock down the facilities
• Ensure that the cleaning of certain areas of the site are undertaken and the building is secure.

• Practical/handson experience is desirable but not a necessity
• Ability to show initiative and to prioritise one's own work and that of others
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Positive role model for users of the facilities
• Proven interest in sport
• Selfmotivating with the ability to multi task
• Friendly with good communication skills

Experience/ Qualifications:

• 5 GSCEs or equivalent Desirable
• GDPR Understanding Essential
• Awareness of health and safety issues Essential
• First Aid trained Desirable
• Knowledge of the local sporting community Essential

Part-time

Part-time hours: 5-10 per week

From £10.98 per hour
