Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (37hrs per week)

Duration:
Temp to perm

Pay:
£20.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Notes:
Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates

Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor.
Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
Working on complaint and disrepair cases.
Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

High level trade qualification
Proven supervisory experience in the delivery of a high quality inhouse (DLO) repairs and maintenance service.
Significant experience in managing both voids and responsive repairs within an inhouse operation.
Experience of planned maintenance and asset management contracts.
Knowledge and understanding of the legal and statutory framework relating to repairs and maintenance services.
