Monday - Friday - 8am-5pmSalary - £35,000 - £39,000 DOE
We have a great opportunity for a knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join our highly successful and rapidly growing business, being part of the Training Team working in our bespoke built Training Academy in Bury, Lancashire.
Duties Include
- Training all staff including our Reactive Engineers and Technicians either in small groups or on a onetoone basis.
- Training on programmes that could be Electrical, Mechanical or Coffee based.
- Delivering Installation, PPM and reactive maintenance training
- Delivering a comprehensive induction programme to all new starters
- Facilitate and assist learners completing online HSE Online Training Modules.
- Advising on the most appropriate training by individual, whether internal or external.
- Maintaining and updating all training documentation and procedures as appropriate.
- Develop new training manuals, SOP's and training advice notes where appropriate.
- Design and deliver bespoke training packages in line with business requirements
