Duties:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Deal with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Generate financial reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulation
  • Deal with monthly payroll

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
