Description

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all supplier invoices are processed and paid accurately in line with agreed time frames
  • Managing bank accounts and the daytoday cash flow
  • Supporting the team in various tasks for the preparation of month end accounts.
  • Setting up and manage company expense control and procedures.
  • Assisting with customer queries and processing refunds
  • Supporting the finance team in managing peaks of activity throughout the month.
  • Enhancing, innovating, and improving existing processes and controls.
  • Working alongside the team on a variety of projects.
  • Other adhoc tasks and support as required.

The individual:


  • Experience in finance operations is essential
  • Exceptionally strong Excel skills
  • Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with working in an insurance environment (Desired but not essential)
  • Selfmotivated individual
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience using Xero software (Desired but not essential)

This opportunity is remote, with the odd commute once every 2 months to the Godalming Office.
