As a Programmatic Executive, you will report to the Programmatic Manager.

The role is mainly remote but require to travel back to the office every other week for a day.


Your role will include the delivery of campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting and optimisation.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creative and Trafficking _
  • Coordinate scheduling of programmatic and direct ad ops campaigns mainly using Campaign Manager and other ad servers
  • Supply inventory figures to Sales Team upon request, i.e. weekly reporting
  • Produce screenshots of advertisers' campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns for delivery of impressions and clicks, and any discrepancies that may occur when using tags from third parties
  • Work with Sales support to ensure a smooth transition from ad sale to ad launch and completion, including regular campaign update meetings to discuss potential delivery issues or suggesting campaign optimisation to clients
  • Creative swaps and revisions to optimise campaigns that are underperforming
  • Produce end of campaign reports for the sales team
  • Assisting the ad operations team with other daily ad hoc duties should it be required
  • Programmatic in platform _
  • Implementing and setting up campaigns in DV360 and other DSPs. Providing audience recommendation upon briefs
  • Maintain regional publisher relationships with external publishers
  • Support Commercial and Trading teams on bigger campaign supply activation.
  • Be the escalation point for more complex troubleshooting of PMP deal blockages, using tools, data and liaising with internal and external parties to resolve.
  • Providing optimisation suggestions and regroup with manager/ director
  • Implementing and setting up audiences in both CM and DV360 based on Sub2's proprietary tech

  • Ability to work in a highly pressured environment and the knowledge and confidence to make business critical decisions at very short notice
  • Ability to take ownership and independence with your work

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
