Branch Manager, Portishead
Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a busy independent estate agent with an enviable reputation in the Bristol market.

Due to continued growth, our client now seeks a talented Branch Manager to lead their busy team in Portishead - focusing on leadingand developing a high achieving residential sales team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


The role:


  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Create strong morale in team, bring out the best performance in people
  • Monitor individuals' performance, provide constructive and critical feedback through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings
  • Provide training options/advice: Organising training for team/ individuals
  • Set measurable goals to monitor performance/results
  • Ensure adequate office staffing levels in order to provide coverage at all times
  • Monito team diary management to ensure effective time management
  • Additional responsibilities such as valuations/market appraisals, marketing properties for sale, negotiating sales/handling offers, assisting in sales progression and business analysis/reporting

The person:


  • Proven leadership skills inc. delegation, follow up and feedback, coaching and mentoring
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to perform well in a sales driven environment
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Displays ongoing business acumen, ensures expert knowledge of local market, creates business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to use initiative to ensure productivity of self and whole team
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • IT literate

The package:


  • An excellent basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
  • High uncapped commission structure (£20k OTE)
