From planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to meet office targets for turnover, growth, and profitability, to overseeing the activities of the branch and personnel under your control, you must be professional in your approach to everyaspect of your role.


Personal specification:

  • Recent managerial experience within residential sales
  • Fully understand the principals of how to win business
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Natural leader and ability to motivate a team
  • Confident managing a busy office


  • IT literate

  • MS Office suite. Familiarity with Reapit would be beneficial


  • Literate and numerate

  • Able to understand monthly management information and accounts. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, proposals, and sales particulars
  • Full UK driving licence
The salary for this role will include a basic of £30,000 plus on target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000. Benefits include profit related pay, annual bonus and commission accelerators
