The Halo Project is an award-winning, by-and-for service based in Middlesbrough supporting Black and minoritised (BME) women and children survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Our specialist charity supports women and children from a diverse range of communities to escape and recover from domestic and sexual abuse, including hidden harms such as honour-based abuse, forced marriage and female genital mutilation.

You will be responsible for the development, launch and delivery of our brand new BME children's and young people's service support model to be delivered in our Safe Housing and in the community across Cleveland, North Yorkshire, and Durham.

You will have a track record of safeguarding, have an understanding of domestic and sexual violence in Black and minoritised communities, and be supportive, understanding, and empathetic.
