Duties of this role include.
Ensuring documents and records are stored appropriately

Taking responsibility for processing HEADWEAR UK departmental orders.

Accurate data inputting for sales order processing

Answering telephone and dealing with client's enquirers professionally and efficiently, or directing to the right department

Supporting the Northern Region sales manager with Spec Samples which includes producing ideas for graphic visuals using client's artwork & placing Spec Sample orders with the factory

Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5pm


Applicants should meet the following criteria.
Strong communication skills

Confident with attention to detail.

Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent telephone manner

Organisational skills

Reliable and flexible

Excellent time keeping

Ability to work as part of a team.

Order processing experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
