Learning Delivery Partner - up to £32 Per hour Inside IR Months (extensions highly likely) - Chester - Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between Hybrid (60% on site) - One stage interview - Sector: Aerospace and Defence

Yolk Recruitment are searching for a Learning Delivery Partner to work with a renowned Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.

This is an exciting role that gives you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects not seen anywhere else in the UK.

The Learning Delivery Partner would be responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area and acting as a point on contact, taking into account their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter
Ensure business proximity and gather learning and knowledge management needs and priorities, understanding business constraints
Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
Act as a focal point for the business answering all learningrelated questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
Presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes
Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
