A trusted supplier of temporary protection materials are looking for an experienced
Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team
Sheffield team.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations outside of regular management hours.

What will you be doing as a Manufacturing Supervisor?

  • Acting as the senior authority onsite during nonmanagement hours
  • Assuming full site responsibility for outofhours operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures
  • Managing communication with offsite staff and resources to ensure seamless coordination
  • Supervising production processes to meet quality and waste targets
  • Ensuring optimal utilisation of company materials to minimise operating costs
  • Taking accountability for the quality and output of products manufactured
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on production performance
  • Collaborating closely with other shift supervisors to maintain operational efficiency

What do you need?

  • Previous supervising experience
  • A background in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Previous experience working within the plastics/recycling industry (beneficial)
  • A background in injection moulding/plastics processing (beneficial)
