TSR Legal are looking to speak to Legal Counsels with experience from a generalist commercial background that are interested in working for a progressive company that is continuing to grow through successful acquisitions.

Previous experience within dataprotection, complex commercial contracts from an energy / construction background would be desirable.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors / Lawyers with 2 + PQE.

This role would suit a contracts specialist who has ideally had experience within a construction environment and is familiar with NEC and other construction terms and conditions.

This opportunity will offer the chance to lead on all local contract reviewsand support construction orientated power distribution businesses with other legal and compliance activities.

Success in this role will lead to wider opportunities within the business allowing the individual to grow with and influence the business.

This position sits within the firms Group Legal & Compliance function providing general and project support to the Group General Counsel who is based outside of Cambridge, as well assisting the Group Compliance Manager with embedding compliance initiativeswithin the business.

Daily you will be accountable for Contract review and Compliance Integration.
