Sales/Letting Negotiator

A well respected and highly reputable Tunbridge Wells based estate agent is actively seeking a go-getting multitasker to join their exceptionally successful team as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator.

This is a diverse and varied role that will require prior experience in a similar role and a strong knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area.

For someone with strong communication skills and an upbeat, proactive approach to work, this role will provide you with a great sense of autonomy and enable you to make the next step in your estate agency career With real opportunities to progress, the skyis the limit

Responsibilities:

Actively generating new business
Conducting viewings for both sales and lettings
Registering/managing applicants for sales and lettings
Booking and generating valuations
Giving vendors/landlords feedback
Negotiating sales and lettings offers
Progressing sales and lettings through to completion/move in
Maintaining and building knowledge on current market and area
Networking

Location:
Tunbridge Wells

Salary:
£18,000 - £25,000 Dependant on experience

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:45am and 5pm with alternate Saturday 9am -4pm

Additional information:
Must have a full, clean driving licence and own a car
