The Role


This is a full time and permanent position to join our finance team based at our head office in Lisburn.

Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering and driving a high quality of systematic Credit Checking and timely collection of payments across Lowe UK.


Main Responsibilities

  • Weekly/Monthly Direct Debit mandates and Stripe Subscriptions.
  • Ensuring failed Direct Debits and Subscriptions are paid/collected in a timely fashion.
  • Arranging collection of assets from defaulted Contracts.
  • Liaising with Third Party Debt Recovery Agencies to pursue legal action where necessary.
  • Weekly reporting to Management.
  • Ad-Hoc reporting as required.
  • Identification of unrecoverable debt.

Essential Skills & Experience:


Essential:


  • Extensive experience within Credit Control.
  • Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Must be comfortable completing complex reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases.
  • Confidence and the ability to place pressure tactfully on individuals and companies who owe money.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Persistence and determination.
  • Strong ability to manage own time & responsibilities.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Systematic approach to tasks & workload.
  • Must have Intermediate Excel Skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
