In the role you will need to be extremely organised and engage people with warmth leaving a positive impression on them.

The role requires you to proactively take ownership of your work - and support the team, our guests and accommodation hosts in a range of varied tasks.

You'd join a committed group of collaborative team players, where we thrive in helping businesses find the best accommodation for their teams.

You'll need to have proven experience in administration and customer service roles. Plus, able to demonstrate strong performance as an individual and within a team. Building trust and relationships with both colleagues and customers should come naturally to you. Excellent administrative skills, accuracy in work, and using your own initiative should all be things you display daily.

Whilst not essential, experience in customer service and/or travel/accommodation industries would be highly beneficial.


Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written confident and effective phone communication is essential
  • Be able to build strong relationships with a wide range of people including colleagues, clients, partners, hosts and supplier
  • Demonstrate a high quality work and a logical approach
  • Be highly organised in managing a range of different tasks at once
  • Be digitally strong and comfortable with using a range of online software tools/platforms

Responsibilities

  • Managing enquiries, primarily over the phone
  • Researching and working with accommodation providers to find suitable options for our clients
  • Carrying out guest checks, prearrival support and checkin followups
  • Resolving guest and host disputes including damages and payments
  • Following and maintaining business process documents
  • Assisting in financial administration
  • Maintaining listing quality and accuracy
  • Provide administrative support across a range of business areas including marketing and sales/account management
Salary £22,000-£25,000 per year pending experience.
