Job Description:


This is a unique opportunity to join UNLEASH as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and be part of our continued growth and expansion.


The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support, managing schedules across multiple time zones, producing agendas and reports, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and managing projects.

It is an extremely important role as you will be key to enabling our CEO to work in the most effective way and being able to focus on the team and UNLEASH customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all diary management activities, including internal and external meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and internal departments to coordinate meetings and communication to ensure the smooth running of daytoday tasks and requirements.
  • Respond, monitor, and follow up on internal/external inquiries, directives/deliverables, requests for approval, expenditure, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach.
  • Work closely with the CEO to have a full understanding of what is required on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Coordinate and manage the daytoday travel for the CEO, CRO and CFO by working closely with Travel and Facilities.
  • Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for each meeting, requesting briefings where necessary.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to ensure meeting agendas are structured and prepared in advance.
  • Compose and edit correspondence as and when required and help to create visually appealing and impactful presentations and other documents.
  • Possesses exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Support with meeting administration, e.g., minutes/actions, proofreading and proactively liaising with attendees to update meeting action logs in a timely manner.
  • Produce a suite of reports to support the CEO.
  • Coordinate, organise and/or lead adhoc projects and team gatherings as requested by CEO.
  • First point of contact for visiting CEO at the Budapest Head Office, providing a VIP service.
  • Process and track CEO expenses, IT queries or HR requests.
  • Understand and effectively use the internal reporting systems to help support the CEO.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external customers on behalf of the CEO.
  • Interface with various groups, including the Senior Leadership team, Management, companywide domestic/international partners, customers, vendors, legal, and other business partners.
  • Work and support the CEO on all personal matters.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education is desired.
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting Clevel stakeholders, ideally in an international
business.

  • Gravitas and excellent people skills, and the proven acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
  • Ability to work with remote teams and build strong connections in an online environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly pressured environment and manage upward.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Evidence of balancing longterm projects with the urgency of immediate demands.
  • The demonstrable skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others, the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships and the capability to interact within all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex messages succinctly and
convincingly.

  • Experience in gathering and analysing data, identifying themes and distilling information,
writing briefings and making appropriate recommendations.
