We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Administrator to join our team in Isle of Man.


Purpose of Job:

To support the Manager and wider Compliance/Assurance Team in maintaining and managing JTC PCS's Compliance Monitoring/Assurance Framework.


Main Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Responsible for administration relating to second line of defence, riskbased monitoring activity, across all areas of the PCS business, in line with JTC's Compliance Monitoring Process (Thematic Testing)
  • Assisting with administration related duties to support ongoing testing of relevant policies and procedures
  • Responsibility to ensure that testing is carried out in line with the Compliance Monitoring Process (Thematic Testing)
  • Assist with instigating actions to remedy any deficiencies identified and ensure timely follow up and closure
  • Support the wider team with the regular/annual review and update of the Compliance Monitoring Process (Thematic Testing)
  • Provide support to the wider Team with general administrative tasks
  • Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by Management
  • Develop knowledge of JTC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to CPD requirements
  • Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours

Essential Requirements:


  • Experience working within a compliance team within the finance environment (administration of companies & trusts etc.)
  • Desire to build technical Compliance knowledge and study towards a relevant professional qualification
  • An ability to work in an organised manner and having an attention to detail is essential
  • An ability to deal with a variety of tasks and to work towards deadlines
