Care Assistant - Days Salary**: £24,178 per annum (rate inclusive of a non-contractual market supplement).


Location:
Baycroft Great Baddow


Hours & Shift Pattern:36 hours per week, 3 x 12 hour day shifts 8am - 8pm including alternate weekends

We are now recruiting a dynamic
Care Assistant to join our Care team and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents.

Ideally with prior experience as a Care Assistant, you should have a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable adults.

And in return, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality
  • Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility, and physical comfort
  • Ensuring that our residents eating and drinking needs are met
  • Reporting to our dedicated nurse team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues, or visitors
  • Undertaking observations of our residents and document this as necessary in their care plans
  • Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled

this role will require an enhanced DBS and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
