Description

We are currently working with an established Facilities Management Service Provider looking to appoint a Facilities Coordinator to work with their team out of the midlands (B46).

This role is initially a 12 month contract but could lead to a permanent positionfor the right applicant.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

  • Liaising with clients regarding property services and keeping them informed of planned works/changes to service.
  • Inspections and audits of sites to ensure they are maintained, secure and fit for purpose.
  • Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works.
  • Produce reports and management data relating to properties and sites.
  • Adhoc sites duties and remedial works including organizing reactive maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies.


This role will be suited to someone looking to pursue a career in Facilities Management as this organisation are keen to train and develop their coordinators and have them progress in to managerial roles within the business.

For this the client are offering a salary up to £30,000 per annum. This role is initially a 12 month contract but could lead to a permanent opportunity.
