My Client based in the centre of Bournemouth, have a fantastic new role within their organisation.What is the day to day of the role?
- Completing 360* Recruitment Process
- Able to prepare job advertisements and ensure they align to the equality act/gender neutral
- Have an understanding of contract law to ensure that we are putting the right arrangements in place to suit the needs of the organisation
- Understand UKVI requirements
- Understand implications of working overseas
- Able to prepare appointment letters
Required skills and qualifications:
- Preferably CIPD qualified level
- To have a strong customer service background
- Be Attentive to detail
- Able to think on your feet
- A strong Communicator
