Kinaxia Logistics are recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join their team at their site in Manchester.

The role of the Payroll Administrator support the delivery of the Payroll group mission and provide an efficient and effective administrative support within the Payroll Team, ensuring service users are provided with key data.

About the job:


  • Work closely with the subsidiary business units to prepare weekly/monthly payrolls;
  • Work collaboratively with your Payroll/HR colleagues to ensure an effective and efficient service is being delivered and all queries are being actioned within appropriate timescales;
  • Maintain the Payroll system by updating and ensuring all employee data is correct;
  • Assist on Payroll projects and initiatives as required, managing tasks in a timely fashion, to support the Payroll team as required;
  • Adhere to all Payroll administration processes to ensure all employee paperwork and payroll details are in line with statutory and company requirements

Your knowledge and experience:


  • Knowledge of providing strong administrative skills
  • Experience of working within a payroll environment is desirable.
  • Supporting managers and employees with queries.
