Trainee Park Home Surveyor

Are you passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to conducted detailed assessments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Trainee Park Home Surveyor.


Responsibilities:


Conduct Surveys:

Perform comprehensive surveys of the underside of park homes to assess their current condition and provide recommendations where necessary.


Energy Assessments:
Conduct energy assessments on park homes to identify potential improvements that can enhance their energy efficiency.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with our existing team to ensure accurate data collection and deliver appropriate recommendations to clients.


Nationwide Travel:
Embrace the opportunity to travel extensively nationwide, with regular overnight stays required for on-site visits.


Communication Expertise:

Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with Park Home owners, offering them valuable information and advice on energy efficiency.


Report Management:
Use your familiarity with Office 365 to efficiently organize and manage assessment reports.


Company Vehicle:
Operate a company-provided vehicle for convenient on-site visits.


Requirements:


Passion for Energy Efficiency:

Possess a keen interest in energy efficiency and sustainability, and a commitment to making a positive impact in this field.


Team Player:

Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.


Communication:
Have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with Park Home owners, explaining survey outcomes and potential improvements.


Flexibility:
Be flexible and open to nationwide travel, including regular overnight stays.


Driver's License:
Hold a valid driver's license and exhibit a responsible attitude towards the use of the company vehicle.
