About us
We are a child-focused, family run Fostering agency and Provider of Care for children and young people within our Residential homes, we believe that our approach and focus on support and training makes us stand out from other providers.
Care Today has over 40 residential homes ranging from 1 to 6 beds in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Stoke, Yorkshire, East Midlands, Wolverhampton and Worcestershire, and Parallel Parents more than 200 Foster Carers looking after children and young people.
We are the largest family run residential childcare organisation in the UK and have been working extensively with children and young people in a wide variety of settings since Care Today was founded in 1991.
Care Today & Parallel Parents are both family run companies who like to provide a flexible, friendly environment to work within, running Childrens Residential Homes and an Outstanding Independent Fostering Agency you would be working within our busy HR Department completing many varied tasks, including the recruitment and on-boarding of new applicants, issuing contract paperwork ande dealing with monthly tasks, such as recording absence, promotions, payrises etc.
The HR Administrator will ideally be a good communicator, confident on the phone and speaking to new applicants, managers and staff.

£21,676.72-£24,211.20 per year
