Description

Customer Service and Compliance Manager

Lingfield (driver required due to location)

Hours:
Monday - Friday 40 hour week. Typically 8.30am until 5pm.


Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.


Benefits:
Generous 4-week holiday allowance plus bank holidays, increasing 1 day every 2 years. Company sick pay & Pension schemes included in employment package.


Environment:
Small friendly established team in a Head Office. Full training and support.


Role and Responsibilities
The role of Customer Service and Compliance Manager will encompass, but is not limited to, the below areas of management and development with this business:

  • 25% account management of existing client base.
  • Delegates customer accounts to other office based sales team based on matrix scoring system.
  • Daily management of 3 customer service executives plus a Supervisor.
  • Provide training to new team members on process and customer service.
  • Auditing of Customer processes and paperwork and company administrator.
  • Auditing of job costing sheets to ensure correct rates are applied.
  • Auditing of directors instructions spreadsheet.
  • Completing relevant industry compliance information.
  • Will be customer service and management based with ability to work in compliance and KPI's.
