Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join the TaaS department (Truck as a Service)

What you will do:

We are looking for passionate individual with excellent customer service skills in order to provide service support within Volta Trucks in the UK.

Work on site in the Service Centre, to answer inbound customer calls covering all aspects of the TaaS offering
Provide cover for telephone and other inbound channels covering core office hours
Raise job tickets, and follow through to completion, keeping customers informed at all stages
Work with the TaaS team to develop best practice for Customer Service
Work with the Service Centre Team to contact customers when necessary to book routine maintenance

We would like you to have:

Experience in an automotive service centre, preferably Commercial Vehicles (preferred)
Strong customer service background whether face to face or call centre
Experience of using CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport
