We are recruiting a Sales Order Administrator to join our busy Transport Planning team.
We operate out of 2 manufacturing sites in the LS10 area, producing Mayonnaise, Coleslaw and Dressed Salads for some of the major retailers.
This role is responsible for the complete and accurate processing of sales orders received into the business in line with daily a 1pm cut off (Business Critical Cut off).
You will upload and match all delivery notes into the internal system, monitor and action any missing delivery notes and provide wider, general administrative support to the Transport team.
You will have previous experience of data inputting, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be comfortable with dealing with internal and external customers, both face to face and on the phone.
