Job Summary


Back Care Solutions provide ergonomic office and mobility equipment to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK.

Due to a period of rapid growth, we are now looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the busy sales team.


Experience in this role is not essential, however, it does require somebody with the same values as Back Care Solutions.

These are; customer focused, strong communication, reliable with a hardworking and motivated attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting & developing the sales department with the below tasks:

  • Creating customer quotations
  • Contacting customers by telephone to follow up on quotes and try to secure the order
  • Quality controlling assessor reports & sending on to customers
  • Providing online support to customers via online chat feature
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Taking incoming telephone calls, actioning or responding to queries in a timely fashion
  • Updating excel spreadsheets with key performance indicators and management information
  • Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure the smooth processing of orders

Experience with Microsoft packages as well as Sage accounting systems would be advantageous but not essential
