Telford and Wrekin CMHS provide assessment and evidence based interventions for people who presenting with complex mental health difficulties that are significantly impacting on their daily life alongside our partner organisations.

The successful applicant will need to encourage effective engagement of this cohort of people, utilising excellent communication skills, whilst maintaining compassion and hope through every contact.

We also keen to incorporate a trauma informed psychological approach which aims to increase people's independence, working towards an improved quality of life.

There is an emphasis on team based multi-disciplinary decision making which lends itself to creating a supportive environment for staff.

We also value a culture of active service and personal development for all staff.

We are looking to focus this particular role on working alongside the wider team, as well as our inpatient colleagues, to improve people's experience as they move from being in hospital back to their communities.
