Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Working available once through training/induction period

£22k basic rising to £23k after 6 months + Annual Company bonus and excellent benefits package


Based in Old Trafford, Manchester, Greater Manchester

Monday to Friday working hours between 8am-6pm (8-4 or occassional voluntary weekend work paid at overtime

The Customer Service Advisor role:


We are on the look out for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join us during an exciting period of growth.

You will be based in our Manchester office based in Trafford Park, however, hybrid working is available once you are fully trained.

We provide business critical services to some of the biggest companies in the world. You will be joining an elite team of customers service advisors to help us ensure we maintain our reputation as the best in the business

This role is based in our high value customer department providing exceptional service to our high spend business clients.

You will be working with some of the largest global brands out there, ensuring that their orders and requests are dealt with efficiently and any issues or problems are dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner.

We are very much looking for people who want a career, this role can lead to senior customer service and desk based account management roles and beyond that into a broad range of roles in the UK and Europe
