Enterprise Sales Director - HR SaaS
90-100k Base,180-200k OTE plus Excellent Benefits
UK Remote

Our award-winning client is one of the UK's leading Employee Benefits Consulting firms.

Through their flexible and innovative service, they deliver cutting edge employee benefit and engagement solutions via their scalable SaaS platform, to organisations in both the public and private sectors.

As part of their ongoing growth plans, they now have an Immediate opening for an Enterprise Sales Director to win enterprise accounts.

As a home-based Enterprise Sales Director covering a large territory, you will:

  • Research Companies and individuals using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom
  • Work closely with the SDR and Head of Business Development to identify and engage with Accounts and Contacts
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the solution
  • Provide support for marketing activities and events
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • Understand and explain the benefits of a SaaSbased employee engagement & reward and recognition solution and service
  • Manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Building relationships with C-Suite Executives of some of the most exciting companies in the world to help them provide an even better employee experience for their people
  • Those with a strong sales background in SaaS or experience in solution sales within the software and/or services industry (reward and recognition preferred)
  • Problem solvers with a proven track record of building and developing enterprise client relationships
  • Enterprise lead generators with superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisers with the ability to liaise at multiple levels, with an understanding of multitier selling.

The successful Enterprise Sales Director can expect:

  • A base salary circa 90-100k
  • An uncapped first year OTE of k
