We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Executive support team to be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer, enabling him to deliver against business strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the CEO in the full range of business support functions
  • Managing and gatekeeping CEO's diary using Outlook
  • Supporting CFO
  • Logistics management for internal and external meetings / events where required
  • Coordinating key projects

What will you bring to the role?

  • Significant previous experience of providing EA support at a senior level
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Computer literate with comprehensive experience of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi
- task and work under pressure

  • Highly organised and proactive and have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate Lifetime DNA
