2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to management a production team for an industry leading specialist manufacturing company on a full time, permanent basis.


Key duties and responsibilities:


  • To manage and plan work load and output to optimise labour across the Manufacturing function
  • To maintain product quality and stock levels
  • Communicate effectively with senior management of purchasing, sales and warehouse departments to ensure stock levels are met and proactively prevent stock issues
  • To set a positive example of conduct, attitude, behaviour, adherence to Health and safety management and ensure all regulations are met

Requirements of the Supervisor:


  • Previous experience in a busy or fastpaced production / manufacturing environment
  • Experience in operating production planning software (Ideally access orchestrate)
Previous experience of Supervising a team

  • The ability to set targets and manage performance to achieve these results
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A professional attitude based around development and improvement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
