About the opportunities

Human Factors graduates work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in exciting industries; including Nuclear, Rail, Oil & Gas and Aviation.

You will undertake a wide variety of projects that cover the full design and safety lifecycle, from concept development through to construction, in-service support and decommissioning, as well as incident investigation and reporting and learning from events.

Here's What You'll Need:

Be working towards a relevant Degree or Masters level qualification such as Ergonomics & Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Safety & Human Factors
To be a flexible and innovative selfstarter who brings a curious mindset to finding solutions for realworld problems
The adaptability to learn, unlearn and reprioritise as things around you change
You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
