About the opportunities
Human Factors graduates work as part of multi-disciplinary teams in exciting industries; including Nuclear, Rail, Oil & Gas and Aviation.
You will undertake a wide variety of projects that cover the full design and safety lifecycle, from concept development through to construction, in-service support and decommissioning, as well as incident investigation and reporting and learning from events.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Be working towards a relevant Degree or Masters level qualification such as Ergonomics & Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Safety & Human Factors
- To be a flexible and innovative selfstarter who brings a curious mindset to finding solutions for realworld problems
- The adaptability to learn, unlearn and reprioritise as things around you change
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
