About the role:

This role supports the cleaning team, by carrying out cleans, clearances, and maintenance of void properties, and gardens. Additionally, the role carries out house removals, and redecoration.

About you:

You will have a full UK driving licence, and the ability to drive a van.
You will be a good team player but be as equally comfortable working alone when required.
You can be flexible in your approach to work.
You will have Excellent communication skills.
You should have a Geographical knowledge of the County of Powys

What you will do:

In this role, you will:

Undertake void property cleaning, and clearances within set timeframes.
Collect, and assess reusable furniture from void properties.
Redecorate properties, and complete garden clearances and maintenance.
Carry out visual and written risk assessments and undertake specialist/specific training.
Complete all site documentation as required.
Travel independently throughout Powys, and occasionally neighbouring counties.
