We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of
HR and Administrator to join our head office team here at
A Home for You based in the
Worthing area.

We currently have two supported living sites, one in a countryside setting and one in a seaside setting.

Contract:
Permanent contract


Hours:
Ideally working 9am to 5pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but we can be flexible.


Pay:
£26,000 to £28,000 per year depending on your experience.

We're a family-run company, supporting individuals with their Mental Health in a mix of flats and house-shares functioning as supported living accommodation, enabling them to live independently in the community and supporting them to access the wider community and lead increasingly independent lives.


Our wonderful clients have a range of complex and diverse needs, and our mission is to support them in accessing and leading enriched, fulfilling lives in the most effective and meaningful way.


You will form part of a team with other Team Leaders and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents.

You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CIPD level 3 or above
  • Confidence and professional telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload
  • Experienced with IT including Excel, MS Teams etc
  • Well organised with the ability to multitask
  • Confident, personable, proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent solutionoriented problemsolving ability
  • Evidence of previous administrative roles.
  • Able to present information confidently at all levels.

Key responsibilities;

  • Supporting audits
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Maintaining and updating Right to work and DBS trackers and sending reminders to the employees promptly.


  • General Admin duties

  • Sending probation outcome letters, booking HR meetings with the employees, minute taking etc.
  • Assisting with answering incoming telephone calls
  • Helping towards keeping the team engaged and retention low.
  • Support Managers with the leavers process ensuring the termination of team and leavers process is notified to the payroll team for necessary actions.
