What you'll be doing

Help to improve the overall user research strategy and function
Prepare and conduct user research surveys, interviews, workshops, etc.
Use different research methods to obtain user painpoints, needs and behaviours
Collaborate crossfunctionally with different teams to ensure improvement of their range of products
