Hospitality Team Member


Duties:

• Checking of room cleaning after cleaners have been, sorting out any issues, and making sure the rooms are presented in the optimum state for guests
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assist with checkin and checkout processes
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Organizational skills to maintain order in the front desk area (when required) and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
