Our client a construction company based in Marden, Kent is looking to recruit a
Part Time Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary to possible permanent basis.


Working three days a week (ideally Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) however the client is flexible.


The hours of work will be
8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch, the hourly pay rate will be
£12.00.


The successful applicant will have an administrative/ secretarial background, ideally construction knowledge (not essential) and the ability to deal with site managers would be an advantage.


The role will involve some basic minute taking, typing reports for meetings and the use of Sage to input invoices.


The role will include:

  • Telephone/Log
  • Maintain drawing log, printing off drawings for site or supplying to Site Managers as necessary
  • Maintain project folders as needed
  • Price checking


  • Weekly Labour Sheets

  • Completing spreadsheets and logging onto Sage
  • Maintain/file purchase orders to attach to invoices when price checking
  • General admin, letter typing, scanning, post filing etc.
  • Take basic meeting minutes and distribute for Management Review Meetings
  • Company vehicle fuel sheets
  • Input and monitor company fuel/mileage usage
  • Complete Site Completion Forms for projects once finished
  • Input all incoming invoices and credits onto Sage under the relevant project
We are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
