Employment Partners are looking to recruit a
Recruitment Consultant to join our team
.

Hours - 07:30 to 16:30 (Monday to Friday) with an hour lunch break.


Salary - £ £28 000


Full Time Position
We are a specialist recruitment business, specialising in the Logistics Market, predominately Driving and Industrial workforce solutions.

You will be responsible for resource planning, registrations, day-to-day bookings, weekly client meetings, peak planning.

Responsibilities - A brief overview of the role requirements

  • Business Development
  • Cold Calling
  • Conducting Regular Client Reviews
  • Visiting clients to build and develop strong relationships. Developing an understanding of clients' business, and promoting the mutual benefit of client and recruiter working in partnership with each other
  • Peak Volume Planning
  • Adherence to SLAs
  • Meeting KPIs

Must Be / Have -

  • Articulate and well presented
  • Experience within a similar role and sector
  • Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Good IT skills
  • Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
