ress at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel and its destination The Library C
hampagne Bar .**
Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join The Library Champagne bar at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel as a Head Waiter/ress.
As a Head Waiter/ Waitress you will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.
Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

About You:

Current indepth knowledge of Food & Beverage trends within a Restaurant or hotel restaurant environment.
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
