    HR Associate Business Partner

    We are seeking an HR Associate Business Partner to join our People and Community Wellbeing team. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional advice and guidance to managers, trade unions, and colleagues in allocated service areas.

    This role involves providing HR advice and support on a range of standard and non-standard HR matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide professional advice and guidance to managers, trade unions, and colleagues on HR-related matters.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to inform decision-making.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in an HR position providing professional support and advice.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
    • Working towards membership of CIPD Associate Level 5.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
