Our Melksham based client are on the hunt for fantastic sales executive to join their team. They offer hybrid working.


Duties include:

  • To record all customer contact on the CRM system
  • To carry out daily reports for awareness of sales plan progress e.g. customers not ordered
  • To open new accounts and grow the existing business for all products within the company portfolio
  • To know the market and product competition
  • Action and requests for quotes promptly and accurately
  • To incorporate cold calling of potential customers within the work schedule
  • Responsible for contacting customers on a regular basis to check for any orders
  • To cross sell to customers where possible
  • Ensuring all customer information is then updated on the Merlin database i.e. prices, contact names & special requirements.
  • To highlight areas to supervisor where processes maybe be streamlined.
  • Communicate & cooperate with other departments to ensure better customer service & to maximise sales.
  • To be aware of & comply with company ISO requirements.
  • Cooperate fully with the management of the Company with regard to any duty or requirement imposed on them by the relevant Health and Safety legislation to allow that duty or requirement to be carried out or complied with.
