Description

The Clinical Pathology Specimen Reception department at Nottingham University Hospitals provides a pre-analytical service, receiving and handling biological samples for patients across Nottingham.

This service operates 24 hours per day, every day of the year, providing critical patient care across the Trust and the whole of Nottingham.

Specimen reception is the first point of contact for samples arriving within Clinical Pathology. The section is looking to recruit medical laboratory assistants (MLAs) to support this service.

You will be required to participate in the 24 hour shift pattern. Applications from hardworking, enthusiastic individuals with a keen eye for detail are welcomed.
